Extending our condolences to each one at this time of sorrow. We still have many memories of the Amateur radio picnics at the cottage with the group along with the clams cooked over the fire at Barnes Lake. Oh well ! Our thoughts are with you.

Wayne:
Was so sorry to hear of Aunt Muriel's passing. Sadly, the only time I saw her lately was when we lost another family member, but she was always there with a smile and a warm hug. She will be sorely missed. George and I are away for the winter and won't be able to make the services for her, but we will be thinking of you and your family.

Dear Stan and Family,
It was with great sadness that I read of Muriel's passing. She was one of the first people I met when I came to Bridgetown and she took me under her wing and introduced me to all of the ladies at the church and made me feel always at home. She introduced me to WMS and I have continued to attend that group ever since. I will miss her. Please know that God has you in His arms at the very difficult time.
In love and sympathy,
Joy

My most sincere condolences on the loss of your dear wife and mother. Muriel was well known in Bridgetown, and while she didn't get around as much as once did, I often saw she and Stan enjoying lunch or dinner at the Big Scoop in Middleton. She'll be missed.
Sincerely Heather
(I'm the mother of Darren who was inspired by Stan to get into ham radio at a very young age. They spent many happy hours together.)

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Muriel. She and Stan were such an affable, happy couple who graced the Christmas dinner sponsored by the United Church in recent years. Muriel always considered me a neighbour from the time that my mother and father lived in the big house in the east end of Bridgetown, despite their having sold the house in 1972. She will be missed in her own church and the community.

Stan, we are sorry to read of the passing of Muriel. She was an asset to the church in particular and the community in general, I knew her since childhood, and she always took an active interest in me and the entire family during my time at home. Having eventually left the town to find my own way in the world Muriel always made time to drop into Mom's whenever I was home to visit with me, catch up on my life to-date, and bring a tasty made-by-hands treat.
She is missed. Our prayers are with the family.

We were sad to hear of Muriel's passing and pass along our sincere sympathy to Stan and the family. I remember coming home for visits and would always go to church where Muriel's eyes would light up when she saw me and come over and would want one of my big hugs. Today, I give her a huge hug and wish her God's speed. Muriel was always part of our family, a big heart and she always gave to others. She always checked on our mom (Pat) and they would share a tea and talk about things and family. She was a good friend to many. May she rest in peace.
