Hi,
I remember reverand Macaskill when I lived in Chomedey. I truly think that he
was one of the loveliest and most wonderful people I ever met. The way he
treated people with such kindness and respect gave me peace and faith in
humanity.
Although he was a small part of my life he occupies a big space in my heart.
I remember him with great fondness, God Bless

Warm greetings to Peter's family, I studied with Peter a number of summers at Regent College. We became friends in studying, discussing theology, and enjoying short jogs and swimming in English Bay. Such a wonderful person. Kind and gentle in his giving advice-being single he felt I should have a place to put my energies, which I eventually did. Please accept my sympathy. With regards, Linda Clements

Reverend Macaskill, Growing up in Laval you were a major influence in my life. I treasured the meetings Michelle and I had leading up to you marrying us at the Concordia Chapel, including having the football game announce us as we were leaving the steps! Your kinds words, soft tone and amazing insights still guide me today. Go in peace, and may life everlasting be with you. Art Howarth & Michelle Martin

Hello, Joyce and Family; Janet and I were saddened to hear of Peter's passing. Although we only knew Peter in his senior years, he was the kind of man who made you feel you had known him forever. His strong faith in God and his profound and yet simple understanding of the good news of the gospel was always refreshing to me when he preached at All Nations. His interest and support of young people through work with Inter-Varsity and camping ministries meant that he and Joyce touched many young lives. Peter made a huge impact on this old world during his years on this planet. He will be missed here but has already been warmly welcomed home on the other side. May God bless you as you miss him and as you press on in love and life. Rick and Janet Manuel
