Earl, Valerie and family,
I would like to send you all my deepest and heartfelt condolences. We may have lost another family member but Aunt Myrtle will be in our hearts forever. I so vividly remember her big smile, her laugh along with her love for birds and the salt and pepper collection behind the glass that we could only look at but not touch. Lol. I remember the fun family gatherings, corn boils, wiener roasts and going to town on Friday nights. When growing up across the street from them, it was always comforting to know they were always there and willing to give a hand when needed. It’s nice to know that they can now rest in heaven together but will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.
Sending my love and prayers to all of you!

Earl, Valerie and families.
So sorry to hear of Aunt Myrtle's passing. She was such a kind and good hearted person. I have many fond memories of her. My earliest memory of her was having her watch me, while my mother decorated for my birthday. I couldn't have been very old, because I got a tricycle for a birthday gift that year. I wanted to go home because I knew something was up, but she ever so gently convinced me to sit to the table and draw pictures. There were many occasions where we were sat up in her living room, looking at slides on the projector, outside roasting wieners at the fire pit, or even going to church. I always enjoyed the time I spent with Aunt Myrtle. I will cherish those memories always.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. XO

Cousin Valerie & Earl , so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Myrtle. She was one of my favourites in the family , few we have left . I remember the stories and poems she'd written about our many family picnics on your front lawn . And so enjoyed them . Also the fresh veggies she would put in your lunchbox that I tried to swap .not to mention the fresh baked bread . Aunt Myrtle will be remembered with great love . Hugs

Here's a photo contributed by Myrtle that the Clements Historical Society used for one of their calendars. This is Myrtle and her sisters playing at their farm in Bear River.

We remember Myrtle from the Clements Historical Society where she was a loyal member. She spoke several times on Bear River subjects and contributed some photographs from her growing up years. She was upbeat and humorous...a very pleasant person.
