"Manny" (Emmanuel Abraham) Harries: January 15, 1978 - April 20, 2022 He loved his Mickey Mouse ears and wacky t-shirts because he loved laughter and joy. He loved flowers and trees and butterflies because they were beautiful… and even though he tried he never caught a butterfly with that net of his. He loved special treats on special days, and every day to him was special. He loved to smile & laugh because people always smiled back at him. They couldn’t help it; making people happy was his superpower. He loved to dance, anytime anywhere and he truly danced like no one was watching. He loved small animals, and swinging in the park. He loved blowing bubbles and watching them fly away. He loved my visits, and even though I had to move away for work he never made me feel guilty about this. He loved his home, his people, his life and his fur brother Crasher. The family wishes to thank everyone at The Meadows for the genuine care they showed Manny from day one. They brought him into their family and everyone there became just that… family. We know you are grieving too - you will forever be in our hearts. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to The Meadows community recreational fund so that a butterfly garden can be planted in Manny’s name. "May your heart always be joyful May your song always be sung And may you stay forever young"
