June and Family,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss. Kenny was a great friend to Roger when they worked together at the Nursery. I remember Kenny giving Paul and Heather Christmas gifts when they were little. They loved seeing him in the Exhibition Parade with his oxen. I will remember his kindness and sense of humor. Thinking of you all through these difficult days. Special hello to Sarah.

Uncle Kenny will be greatly missed. We always looked forward to seeing him at the Exhibition every year, to sit and chat, and watch the ox pulls with him. It was a highlight for Faith, Joe and Kate to go with him to the barn to visit his oxen. They loved petting and talking to those gentle giants, and chatting with Great Uncle Kenny. When we found out that the Exhibition was cancelled this year, the first thing the kids thought of was that they wouldn't see Uncle Kenny and his Oxen. Scott has so many great memories of visiting him. Sincere condolences to Aunt June and family from all of us.

Kenny was an integral part of the Annapolis Valley Exhibition for many, many years. It didn't matter if you rode a horse or pulled an ox team or showed a rabbit, Kenny was always supportive! Always glad to have a chat, Kenny welcomed everybody into his circle. I'm grateful to have known him. Condolences to the Grant family and his many friends.

I remember visiting Uncle Kenny at the Exhibition and him always trying to reassure me that the oxen in his care were gentle and that I didn't need to be afraid of them. But I was. He would laugh and try to get me to stand between them which I always refused to do. He was such a gentle man and could always make you laugh. You will be missed by many. Rest in peace Uncle Kenny.

Thinking of Kenny's family at this most difficult time. If you pulled oxen at any age, you knew who Kenny Grant was. He always loved to tease. He did work on my dad's farm tractors many times. Kenny pull up a chair next to dad in heaven and have a good yarn over the good old days. Cheryl Doucette (Robbins)
