To all of Phyllis' family I send you condolences. I know that she was a very special lady. She had a kindness, a love of life, and a deep need to laugh at life's twists and turns like few others I have met. I feel honoured to have known her, to have sat at the same bridge table with her, to have counted her among my friends. In the years that i have known her, with the odd word or comment, she taught me some life lessons that I will never forget. We are all very lucky to have known her and I know memories of her will sustain us all. Blessings, Elizabeth Rhymer

Dear Ellen, Connie, John, and Anne. I have wonderful memories of your mother. Her kitchen was always a welcoming place. Listening to the “Goats” laughing and playing bridge while we”slept” upstairs was a treat. And your Mom always made me feel so special when I came home from university or visited from NB. She was also a wonderful friend to Mom. I’m so glad Phyllis was able to be by Mom’s side during her 90th birthday. My heart is with all of you as you say goodbye to your beautiful mother.
