My deepest sympathy is extended to Martin's family. Martin was a kind and most generous neighbor. I will miss seeing him drive by on the tractor or go by with the horses. He showed dignity and courage throughout his illness.

Martin was a real gentleman.. Charles and I have known Martin for 20 years since we moved to Lawrencetown..He helped us with our hay every year, we always loved to see him with his horses going between the rows..We will miss him, he passed me by on his tractor on Monday when I was running on the 201. He waved his usual friendly wave and that was the last time I saw Martin..You are now in God's hands, Pauline and charles

The bravery Martin displayed throughout his illness was, to me, something I will always remember. He always remained positive, even when the odds were not in his favor. Martin will be missed, but his inner strengh will never be forgotten. With heavy heart, Gene Elliott
