Celebration of Life
Obituary of Brogan Connor Gunn
Brogan Connor Gunn could not wait to be in this world. Born at Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville on October 28, 1995, he died May 28, 2019 from a tragic motorcycle accident. Brogan loved life, loved his family, loved his community, and was proud of it all. Most of all, he loved making people laugh, and he did that pretty steadily from day one. He leaves behind his mother, Wendy Abramson; father Michael Gunn (Michelle McGowan); brothers, Dorian Gunn and Zachary Cromwell (Heather Robertson); niece, Rylee; grandparents and surrogate grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins near and far. He also leaves his second family from the Annapolis Volunteers Fire Department, and dear friends from work, school and cadets. Brogan’s impact in the community was immeasurable, as he befriended and valued all generations easily. We were so proud to see him turn into the resilient, diligent, smart, helpful, mischievous, bighearted, rambunctious, fun-loving, charming, easy-going, compassionate young man that he was. Please join us for a Celebration of Life at the Annapolis Volunteer Fire Department on Saturday June 1, 2019 at 1pm. Donations may be made in his name to the AVFD, the IWK or the Brogie Spirit Bursary Fund. This service will be available to view on the funeral homes website.
