Obituary of George Edward Goodin
George Edward Goodin, 70, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 4, 2019 surrounded by family at the Annapolis Community Health Centre.
He is survived by his son Josey; grandson, Teo; sisters Joanne (Malcolm), Teresa, Doreen, Roseanna (Melvin) and Brenda (Neil), nieces and nephews.
Born in Riverside, NB on August 3, 1948, son of Leonard and Elise, he was raised in Princedale, NS and resided in Upper Clements, Annapolis County.
George was well known near and far for his beautiful ash pack baskets and fishing creels. He was often seen wearing them on Saturday mornings at the Annapolis Royal Farmers Market. His calm, gentle nature had a huge impact in the community and he will be greatly missed.
