Hazel Louise Coldrick, 98, of Digby, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2019 at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home.
She was born to the late Blair and Alethia Morehouse, August 27, 1920, in Saint John, NB. Hazel graduated from Saint John High School in 1936.
Hazel is survived by her five children: David Coldrick, Linda Slater, Nancy Ternowski, John Coldrick and Susan Irons. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as extended family members.
Hazel loved to write, travel, play the piano and cook. In her 70’s, Hazel travelled across the continent to Australia, Rarotonga as well as multiple family events in Hawaii, Toronto and Vancouver. Our sincere gratitude to Alberta “Birdie” Hall as well as the staff at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home for the loving care they provided our mother as she battled dementia.
