Gregory, Leslie "Dunie" Clyde Jr. - 77. It is with sad hearts that the family regrets to announce the peaceful passing of Dunie Gregory September 21, 2011, in the Annapolis Community Health Center. Born in Litchfield, he was the son of the late Leslie and Doris (McGarvey) Gregory. He sailed for 50 years with the Canadian Steamship Lines as a wheelsman. He retired 2 years ago from his last ship the "Nanticoke". He is survived by brother, Hughie of Parker Mountain Rd.; sisters, Bernice Turner of Welland, Ont., and Genevia (Warren "Bob") Bohaker of Granville Beach; several nieces and nephews. By his request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. The family would like to thank Dr. Gallant and Dr. Lori Burgess and the VON nurses, and also Dr. Barkwell and the nursing staff at the Annapolis Community Health Center for the care they provided to Leslie.
