Obituary of Clarence Everett Rice

Rice, Clarence Everett Jr, age 77, of Annapolis Royal, passed away peacefully in the Digby General Hospital on Friday, August 10, 2018.  Born in Annapolis Royal on May 11, 1941, he was a son to the late Clarence Rice and Pearl (Nardin) Rice.

He was predeceased by sisters Ruby Goodwin and Constance Doucett; and brothers Harold and George.

Clarence was a man who enjoyed his own company and travels.  He liked to do things in his own way, and in the final phase of his life was thankful to Dr. Lori Burgess, Palliative Care Nurse Janet Welton, Nurse Practitioner Erica Maynard, the VON Nurses, and Home Support Staff who helped him make that happen.

At his request, there will be no visitation or service.  Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home,  190 Saint Anthony Street, Annapolis Royal, NS.
