Obituary of Antonio Gino Caroppi

Antonio (Tony) Gino Caroppi - Born in Oderzo, Italy, Tony immigrated to Canada in 1976 when he arrived and worked in Sudbury, Ontario.  In 1980 he moved to Calgary where he founded TC Plastic Manufacturing Ltd.  In Calgary Tony met Marcia (Longley) and they were married in 1986.  They later moved to Paradise in the Annapolis Valley where Tony had his first experience of rural life and he enjoyed growing grapes and making wine as well as getting to know the countryside with his labs, Rudy and Toby.

Tony is deeply missed by his wife, Marcia and son, Nick, as well as his sisters Giuseppina (Egidio) Martin and Anna Maria (Beniamino) Martin and many nieces and nephews in Italy.  He was predeceased by his father, Nicola, and mother, Eugenia (Malerba).

The family has arranged a private service.
