I remember Mr Jodrey so well; he taught me in grade 6; he wasn't strict but all students were well behaved; it was as if he had us under a spell; he told us many interesting stories and invited us to look at the world in a different light. He expanded our minds. I've thought often of him over the years. He was definitely the best teacher I ever had.

I was so saddened to hear of Paul's passing. He and my Dad were great friends in school, so our family knew him well. When I would visit him at Mountain Lea he was always good for a story or three (or ten!). I appreciated his love of community, admired his passion for it's history, am thankful for his contributions to the Heritage Society, and - of course - I enjoyed his sense of humour. He will be missed!

To Paul's Family,
My sincere sympathy to you in the loss of your Uncle Paul. I first met Paul when we were both teachers in Annapolis County many years ago. I later met him when he was president of the South Shore Genelogical Society. He even visited me to tell me he had bought Fern Tipert's antique car and told me of having bought her father's Model A or T Ford car before that. Paul was always a gentleman and kind to me. You will all miss him so very much.
