Diane Berry, daughter of Ed Berry, sends condolences on behalf of Ed Berry to Margaret Wright. Ed Berry passed away on March 23, 2017 after battling lung cancer while living with dementia. Visiting Margaret Wright and Josie Wright were high points on his trips back to Clementsport where he was born. He also enjoyed many lively long distance conversations from Duncan, BC to Margaret in Nova Scotia. He was extremely fond of "cousin Margaret" as he used to call her and would be saddened to learn of her passing. Our condolences to the family.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Granny. It was a privilege to get to know her when she visited Joyce and Chris in Gore Bay and then again when we visited with her in Nova Scotia. Her laughter, molasses cookies, teaching us how to properly cook scallops, and love for a good game of scrabble are just a few of the great memories that she leaves with us. She will be missed!

I have so many good, precious memories of Marg as I was growing up across the road in Clementsport. She lived a wonderful, full life.

Jack & Marilyn and family. My heartfelt condolences to you all on the loss of your mother and grandmother. Although I never had the privilege to meet her, I know she was loved and adored by Chris, Dave and the kids...so many times I've heard we were at 'Grannies" and each and every time seemed to be an extremely happy one surrounded by family, great food and fun. I am sure the coffee is on and the chatter in the kitchen is non-stop – I know you and Mom are ‘fixing’ all things in the world today. Words can not express the loss of a wonderful woman, she was the heart and soul of the Ladies Auxiliary. Through our children and grandchildren we new Marg as Granny. She was a wonderful lady and had a beautiful smile. Granny was very proud of her children and families. She often mentioned how good they were to her. We will miss her and have wonderful memories of her.

My deepest condolences to the entire Wright family. I was lucky enough to meet "Gran" when she came out to visit her granddaughter Jamee and great grandsons RJ and Owen. She was a wonderful woman and it was evident how much she loved her family. She was kind and a granny to many and even welcomed my daughter to climb up and enjoy a story with her.

Jack and Marilyn, so sorry for the loss of your mom, who became my adopted grandma for a few summers while I worked at HMCS Acadia. She welcomed me into her home and anyone else that I would drag with me. We grew to love each other and shared lots of fun times together. Since I stopped going to camp, we still kept in touch.
