Obituary of Joan Louise Guest

Guest, Joan Louise – 66, of Annapolis Royal, passed away October 28, 2016, in Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Annapolis Royal, she was a daughter of the late James “Borden” and Mary “Louise” (Clayton) Guest. Joan enjoyed playing bingo, listening and singing to music. Joan was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at a young age and became a resident of Annapolis Royal Nursing Home for 21 years. She is survived by her brothers, Wilfred (Carol) Guest of Moncton, NB; Garnet (Emily) Guest of Upper Clements and Keith Waldo Guest of Parkers Cove; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Lois and Marie; brother, Carl and a brother in infancy, Lorne Alton. Visitation will be held Monday, October 31 from 7-9 pm with a funeral service held Tuesday, November 1, at 2:00 pm, both from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal. Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Lagassie officiating. Burial will take place in Hillside Cemetery, Parkers Cove.
