Obituary of Raymond Scott Sarty

Sarty, Raymond ‘Ray’ Scott – 40, Bridgetown, passed away August 28, 2016 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Annapolis Royal, September 7, 1975, he was the son of Maisie (Hayne) Sarty and the late Raymond Sarty. Ray was a very kind, and lovable guy, who had such a big heart. He loved people and animals of all kinds. He will be missed by all who knew him, especially on Queen Street, where he could be often found, looking out for everyone around. Ray is survived by his mother, Maisie (William Shepherd) of Berwick; wife, Shelley Sarty of Bridgetown; sister, Amanda Sarty (Steven Spidle) of West Dalhousie; several nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his father, Raymond Sarty. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday September 3, 2016 in Riverside Cemetery, Bridgetown, with Pastor Herb Anderson officiating.
