Hudson, Vivian Annie – Age 96, passed away June 13, 2016 at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown, NS. Born in Graywood, on February 12, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Nellie (Charlton) Stailing. Vivian was a very caring and compassionate lady who cared for many family and community members, especially during times of illness. To her family she was the ultimate homemaker who loved to cook, knit, sew, and quilt. She also took great pride in how she maintained her home. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Hudson, and companion, Jim Nickerson. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, and is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Bertha Fancy, Ethel Strachan, Marjorie Vidito, Edna Robicheau and brothers, Robert Stailing, Hugh Stailing and Roy Stailing. Graveside service will take place Saturday, June 18th at 2 PM from Wadeville Cemetery, Granville Centre. Rev. Gordon Delaney officiating. Family flowers only.
