Titus, Blair Lawson, 89 of Mountain Lea Lodge Bridgetown passed away July 1, 2011 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Westport he was a son of the late Walter and Gertrude (Bates) Titus. Blair was a fisherman for many years and his boat was the "Drowsy Two". He later drove taxi in Digby and was an avid baseball fan. He is survived by his wife Gertrude (Wright); stepchildren: Meredith Denton, Pauline Gaudet, Lorna, Betty Abbott, Sheila Matthews, Perry Ringer, William Winchester and Frances Puxton; several nieces , nephews and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Vivian Lewis, second wife Nettie Wright and stepson Richard Winchester. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Digby. The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff of Mountain Lea Lodge for the loving care they provided Blair during his stay there.
