Marion E. Perro (Riley) Age 92, passed away peacefully on January 21st at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Lequille, Annapolis Country on January 20th, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Rita (Saunders) Riley. Marion will always be remembered for her love of sports. As a participant throughout most of her life, swimming, skating and skiing to name a few plus an avid follower of the Montreal Canadians (go 'Habs'). Marion was predeceased by her late husband, Joseph Perro and daughter Lynn Tidd. Marion is survived by her two sons, Paul (Pauline) of Parksville, B.C., Alan (Gabriella) of Houston, Texas, and son-in-law Alan Tidd of Digby along with six grandchildren, Robyn, Clay, Nikki, Edi, Kathleen and Joey. A special thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home for their exceptional care and to Irene Sexton for her compassion and support. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. There will be no visitation by request. A funeral service will be held 1pm Tuesday January 26, 2016 from the St. Louis Catholic Church, Annapolis Royal with Father Craig Cameron officiating.
