We announce with great sadness and broken hearts the passing of Millicent Alberta Melanson, 62 at home in Hillsburn surrounded by loving family and pet. . Born in Saint John, NB on October 24, 1952 she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Emma (Boone) Balser. She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years; daughter Rossline Apt of Port Wade; grandchildren Keith, Daphnie and Nathan; six sisters and several cousins and nieces in NB. There will be a private family burial in Stoney Beach cemetery. Donations in her memory may be sent to a charity of one’s choice.
