Fox, Ralph Eugene, 91 of Round Hill passed away June 20, 2011 in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born in Bridgetown, he was a son of the late George and Elizabeth (Redmond) Fox. Ralph was a veteran of the Second World War, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #33 Bridgetown. Ralph worked for Harry Smofsky's Men's Wear and later at the post office. Ralph was a man of integrity and was a man of peace. He spoke ill of no one and was kind to all. He is the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by step-daughter, Juanita McCready of Truro; step grandson, Joseph of Calgary; special niece, Jean Fredericks of Princedale and special friend, Isabel Amero of Moschelle. He was predeceased by his wife, Juanita (Lowe), sisters, Rhoda and Bernice; brothers, Doug, George and James. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #33 will hold their service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday followed by visitation from 7-9 p.m. and funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Herb Anderson officiating all from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Bridgetown followed by a reception at the funeral home.
