Obituary of Eleanor Jean MacLean

MacLean, Eleanor Jean, 79 of Digby passed away Feb. 18, 2015 in Tideview Terrace, Digby. Born in Liverpool she was a daughter of the late Merrill and Theresa (Wentzell) Williams. She was an elementary school teacher who truly loved teaching children. She was an avid golfer. Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and other children in the neighborhood. She is survived by her husband William “Bill” of Digby, sons: David ( Maxine) of Smith’s Cove, Danny (Jennifer) of Los Angeles; daughters: Theresa (Mark) Sorbello of Berwick, Mary (Al) Estrada of Colorado Springs; grand daughter Katie; step grandchildren Matthew, Emma and Adie; brother Donnie; sisters Pernetta and Edith. Eleanor was predeceased by brother Arthur and sisters: Florence, Elizabeth and Mary. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal. There will be no visitation or service by family request.
