Mailman, Gilbert B. - 94 of Lawrencetown, Annapolis Co., passed away May 17, 2011, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Graywood, he was a son of the late James and Jane (Fancy) Mailman. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by daughters, Sandra Gallant (Michael), Annapolis Royal; Holly Orde (Chester) Kingston; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; 11 great great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Annie (Ramsay) Mailman; daughters, Elizabeth "Betty" Daniels and Marlene Lewis; his brothers and sisters. Following his request cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. No visitation by request. A memorial service will be held 10am Saturday May 21, 2011, in the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal, with Canon Ken Vaughan officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
