Out done were they in colour and hue only by daffodils,(and dandelions too). My but the Valley was pretty today, with wild cherry blossoms along the way. And the tints and shades of nature's spring- they looked like bride's bouquets, or some such thing. My but the Valley was pretty today, as I drove along through blossoming May. The pink apple blossoms can't seem to wait to burst into bloom - and fill the air with sweet perfume. My but the valley was pretty today, the blues of the mountain, river and sky made a background that really caught one's eye. The tender new leaves in their many hues looked lacy and delicate, and all so new. My but the Valley was pretty today, there's no place like home, or so they say. The tulips that met me at my back door seemed to bloom today as never before. My but the Valley was pretty today. Is it Spring or Love that made it that way?
