Chute, June Elizabeth - 85, of Annapolis Royal formerly of Bridgetown, passed away April 23, 2014, in Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Granville Ferry, on April 13, 1929, she was the daughter of the late John Elvin and Annie Pauline Bauckman. June lived in Bridgetown most of her adult life and was an active member of St. James Anglican Church, Bridgetown. June along with her husband Tom were foster parents for many years. She helped Tom run their business Tom's Alignment. She is survived by daughter, Sheila (Peter) McAllister, Quispamsis, N.B.; sons, John (Kathy), Liverpool, N.S., David (Marley), Medicine Hat, Alberta and Scott (Libby), Kennesaw, Georgia; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Laurie Edward "Tom"; granddaughter, Lorraine McAllister; sisters, Nellie Wilkes and Marion Keizer; brother, John Sylvester Bauckman and two brothers in infancy. Following Junes' request there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday, April 28, 2014, in St. James Anglican Church, Bridgetown, with Rev. Joel Hardy officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Bridgetown. Family flowers only.
