Morrell, Nelson Alfred - 76, Annapolis Royal passed away peacefully at Annapolis Health Centre on February 5, 2014. Born at the family home in North Range, Digby County, where he was raised and attended Barton school. Nelson moved out West in the 1960's and married Agnus (Aggie) Shutz, and they had three children, Hollie Marie, Blaine Larry Massey, and Nicole Elizabeth. Also son, Joey Davis (Barb Davis). He worked as a hunting guide, Rancher, CPR breakman, and was in the logging industry as a faller. Later on in life he has his own firewood business in Golden, B.C. Nelson then moved back to Nova Scotia and had his on Shuttle Service. He enjoyed attending church services and spending time with fellow church members. Nelson is survived by his children; brother, Terry; sisters, Joan, Irene, Caroline (Bob), Judy, Linda, Christine, Debra; grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, the late Carl and Agnus Morrell; siblings, Alfred, Ester, Laurie, Christopher, Carl, Johnny. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal. A service in Nelsons memory will be held at a later date.
