Guier, Steven Roy, 59 Waldec, Annapolis Co. passed away January 20, 2014 at home. Born in Freeport, Digby Co. he was a son of Elizabeth Perry and the late Roy Guier. Steven was a deacon of the Deep Brook Baptist Church. He was well known for making his own Christmas decorations. Steven loved the Lord. He is survived by his wife the former Patsy Ann Dakin; daughter Annette (Daniel) Comeau of Conway; brothers: Kevin (Cheryl) of Freeport, Perry (Annette) of Marshalltown; sister Karen (Butch) Guier of Saint John, N.B., grandchildren: Darcy (Richard) Comeau of Smiths Cove, Briana and Christie; great granddaughter Claire. He was predeceased by a son Steven Bruce. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 p.m. in the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday from the Deep Brook Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Waterman officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
