Obituary of Irene Bishop

Bishop, Irene Evangeline, 104 of Round Hill, Anna Co. passed away November 19, 2013 in the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home, Annapolis Royal. Born in Perotte she was a daughter of the late W. Stanley and Leona Mae (Gibson) Spurr. Irene was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Round Hill, a member of St. Paul's Altar Guild and a long standing choir member. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by nieces, Kathy DeNuke, Shirley Corkum, Ellen DeSouza, Mary Clark, Ruth Steeves, Heather Britt, Kelly-Anne Bishop, Lori Bishop and Sharon Chown and nephews, David Bishop, Stephen Sacson. Irene was predeceased by her husband James Donald (1986), daughter Gwendolyn (1994), brothers, Wilfred and Ernest. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Annapolis Royal with Canon Ken Vaughan officiating. Interment will be in Round Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal.
