Obituary of Charlotte Englehutt

Englehutt, Charlotte Eleanor - Charlotte, our wife, mother and grandmother, has been safely taken into God's keeping. She passed away at home in Digby on Saturday, August 3, 2013. We will miss her dearly, but we are thankful that she has reached her heavenly home. Charlotte was the first child and only daughter of the late Arnold and Geneva Conrad of Branch LaHave, the beloved wife of John for 53 years, mother of Arnold (Bonnie) of Digby and Susan of Ottawa, grandmother of Andrew (Laura) of Winnipeg, Brian and Bradley of Digby, sister of Aubrey Boyde (Carol) Conrad, James Conrad and David (Maxine) Conrad, and the sister-in-law of Eva Conrad. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers Aubrey Basil (1940) and Clifton (2006). Charlotte had a beautiful, sunny smile and loved to do for others. She was a gifted homemaker, enjoyed working with her husband John in their real estate business for over thirty years, and loved her many interactions with people. Above all, she lived a life of faith and example, and we cherish her for it. The funeral service will be held at the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home in Annapolis Royal on Tuesday August 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Wayne Hutchison officiating. Visiting hours will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. She will be buried in Digby at the Fairview Cemetery. Flowers are welcomed and can be delivered to the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal.
