Obituary of Robert Todd

Todd, Robert "Bobby" Philip - 65, of Bridgetown, Annapolis Co., passed away March 21, 2013, in VG Site, Q. E. II, Halifax. Born in Middleton, he was a son of the late Burt and Mary (Gillis) Todd. He worked for Nova Scotia Power as a lineman for 33 years. Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Janet (Hudson); sons, Dr. Robert (Rebecca), Sydney; Craig (Jennifer), Shubenacadie and Jeffrey, Edmonton, Alberta; his pride and joy were his grandchildren, Hudson, Carter, Oliver, Elliot, Audrey, Alex, Serena, Kara and Stephen; brother, Eric (Linda), Centrelea; many nieces and nephews; also by the many children who have been cared for in our home and have become part of our family over the past 30 years. He was predeceased by his brothers Clair, Vaughn and Paul; sisters, Betty and Joyce. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 7-9 pm, Tuesday in Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. Funeral service will be held 11a.m, Wednesday, March 27, in Bridgetown Baptist Church, with Rev. David Cumby officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in memory may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family will like to give a special Thank-you to Dr. Kew and the nurses on 8A, VG site.
