Marshall, Marie Adelia. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother Marie Marshall of Hampton, N.S. at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. on January 5, 2013. Born in Young's Cove she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Nellie Hogan. She was a beautiful mother and friend who worked tirelessly catering to her family, friends and community. She was a member of the Hampton Baptist Church, Women's Missionary Society, and Hampton Hall Society. She loved to travel, especially to Maine and Florida. Shortly after her husband's death , Mom left her loving family and friends to be employed in the USA and enjoyed and became part of the Haggett family while lovingly caring for Ann and her family. Throughout her illness, Mom retained her dignity, pride and great sense of humor. Her will to live and love was never ending. She was predeceased by her husband Donald, in-laws: Harriet and Joseph Marshall, sisters: Florence (Wilson), Vivian (Fred) ; brothers: Duncan ( Velma), and Patrick (Mary) and daughter-in-law Zelda.
