Kaulbach Family Funeral Home Obituary The family of Pauline Lillian Bent 76, of Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown formerly of Beaconsfield, Annapolis County, announce with great sadness the passing of a wonderful, loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She died on December 26, 2012 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Clarence, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Bent. Pauline worked at Mountain Lea Lodge for over 15 years as a PCW and House Mother and later worked at the Adult Residential Center as a cook. She loved to knit and cook. Pauline was very outgoing and enjoyed meeting and knowing many people. She is survived by her son, Bryan (Susan) of Clarence; daughter, Heather (Bruce) Spicer of Hampton; grandchildren, Nova, Caroline, Alexis, Jesse, Craig and Kirk; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Charles (Florence) of Beaconsfield; sisters, Muriel Bent of Hampton; Ferne (David) Donaghy of Surrey, BC. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Harold, and an infant son. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday from the Bridgetown Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Reece officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Bridgetown.
