Kaulbach Family Funeral Home Obituary Stark, Ronald Henry- formerly of Weymouth North, Digby County, passed away in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown, Annapolis County, November 27, 2012. Born June 30, 1939 in Mt. Pleasant, Digby County, he was the son of the late Henry and Ethel (Bremner) Stark. Following his retirement for CFB Cornwallis, Ron gardened, performed lawn maintenance, and walked daily. He was a sports enthusiast, avid golfer and billiards player, along with cheering on his Toronto Maple Leafs. He was a "people person", and enjoyed his many visits to family and friends, until his declining health prevented him from doing so. He is survived by daughters, Sandy Lynn, Alberta, Jana Lee (Rick Robbins), Smith's Cove; grandchildren, Shelby and Cody Robbins; sisters, Shirley Stark, Halifax, Marilyn (Earl) Hardy, Bridgetown; brothers, Daniel Stark (Rena Gosson), Digby, Lindsay (Susan) Stark, Parkers Cove; also numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Cremation has been entrusted to the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bridgetown. A Service Celebrating Ron's life will be held in the coming spring in Digby, N.S., which will be announced in this paper at the time. Interment will be with his mother and father in Fairview Cemetery, Digby. Donations in Ron's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. The family would like to extend a heart felt thanks to all the Nursing Staff and Caregivers at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown and Tideview Terrace, Digby. Also his many Doctors and private boarding homes over the past 13 years. A special thank you to his cousin Muriel and her husband Malcolm Ritchie for their unwavering support during Ron's lengthy illness.
