It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gregory Harold Wood (Gee-Wood/Woody) of Paradise NS, age 63, share his passing on the 2nd of April 2024 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville.

Gee was born in Middleton NS, raised in Port Hope, Ontario, where he lived until the age of 16. He then returned to NS, where he resided in Bridgewater. It was during this time that he developed his passion for tinkering with mechanics, which he was well known and loved for.  He later moved to the Valley where he eventually met the love of his life Tina/T-Wood/Stella.  Gee had a love for golfing and if you could not locate him on the golf course then you would be sure to find him sitting in his shop tinkering with some mechanics.

Gee is survived by his mother, Carol (Swiminer) Wood; wife, Tina Wood; sister, Deborah Wood (Wayne); niece, Alesha; stepchildren, Patricia, (Matthew) Bailey and Jimmy Ingersoll; grandchildren, Sierra, Emily, Ethan Bailey, Aiden, Alice, Grayson Ingersoll, as well as, mother-in-law, Patricia McFarlene.

At the family’s request there will be no service, a celebration of life will follow at a later date.
