Obituary of Donald Patrick Everett

Donald Patrick Everett, 67, of Port Wade, NS, passed away on October 19, 2023 in the Annapolis Community Health Centre. Born in Annapolis, he was the son of the late Harriet and Donald Everett. Donnie worked for the Department of Transportation for most of his life, obtaining many Service awards for his dedication, wealth of knowledge and tenure. Donnie was devoted to his family, and adored his beautiful wife, Rose, his 3 sons, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. He enjoyed time spent together, and many memories were made going to drag races, live music and other local events. In his younger years, he enjoyed snowmobiling and riding motorcycles. He was a proud member of the Renegades motorcycle club. He is survived by his wife, Rozetta (Hogan) Everett, of Port Wade; brother, George (Cindy) Everett of Fall River; sons, Devon Everett, of Digby, Brendon Everett, of Halifax, Colin (Melanie) Everett, of Middleton; grandchildren, Caelin Tupper and Chloe Everett. He was predeceased by his mother, Harriet; father, Donald.
A celebration of life will be held at the Annapolis Royal Canadian Legion on Saturday November 4 from 2 - 4 PM. Interment will take place with immediate family only. Donations in memory can be made to the Cancer Society.
