Kaulbach Family Funeral Home Obituary Milner, Mary Mabel, - 96 of Middleton formerly of Upper Clements, passed away peacefully in Heart of the Valley Care Center, Middleton. Born in Quinan, Nova Scotia, she was the oldest daughter of the late Joseph F. and Alice (Muise) Muise. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She loved quilting and made beautiful quilts, liked to garden and her favorite flowers were Sweet Williams. She was devoted to her faith, her church and family. She worked as a homemaker for Mr. Preskesy (The large stone house now found in Upper Clements Park), and worked at the Sea Shell Restaurant in Annapolis Royal. She is survived by her only son, Joseph Alphie (Anne) Bourque; only daughter, Debora Mae Milner; grandchildren, Joanne Vanessa Bourque; Ronald Paul (Jennifer) Bourque; Marilynn Alice Ulmer; Sarah Marie Cardinal; great grandchildren, Brendan Joseph "BJ" Ulmer; Christopher Donald Ulmer; Joseph Mathew Bourque; Nicholas James Bourque; Danielle Catherine Bourque; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Ralph, brothers, Angus, Leonard, Ralph, Tommy and Richard; sisters, Celina, Margaret, Regina, Jenny and Marie "Mickey"; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 7 to 9pm in the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday 11:00 am, May 24, 2012, in St. Louis Catholic Church, Annapolis Royal with Father Henry Smolenaarus officiating. Burial will follow in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Annapolis Royal. Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or to the Parkinson's Society.
