Obituary of Kevin Reginald Moore

Moore, Kevin Reginald – 60, of Vaughan, Hants County, passed away suddenly March 24, 2023. Born in Marville, France, April 6, 1962. He was the son of the late Zane and Mary (Barteaux) Moore. 

Kevin graduated from Sackville High School. He went on to obtain a Bus and Transport tractor Trailer Red Seal.  Over the years he had various employment. Kevin was an extremely hard working man, who was very intelligent. He went from owning a courier company, working for Ryder Truck Rentals until his later years when he worked up North as a mechanic for Baffin Island Iron Mines, which he greatly enjoyed.

In Kevin’s spare time he enjoyed spending time at his cottage where he enjoyed four-wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing and loved nascar racing.

 Kevin is survived by his son, Kirk of Lower Sackville; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Boudreau; granddaughter; Ella Moore; daughter, Krystal of Belmont; son-in-law, Dylan Fraser; grandson, Cohen Fraser, granddaughter, Reese Fraser; brother, Ken of Beaver Bank; sister-in-law, Susan Moore; niece, Sarah Moore; niece, Jamie Wimberly; sister, Kim Robinson of New Ross; brother-in-law, Dave Robinson.   

Kevin enjoyed visiting with his children, grandchildren & family. Mr. Moore was looked up to and admired by many, for his kindness, generosity, caring soul and hard work ethics. 

Cremation has taken place. A visitation and time fellowship will be held 1-3pm Friday April 7, 2023, from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A private family graveside service will take place in Round Hill Cemetery to lay Kevin to rest with his parents. Donations in Kevin’s memory may be made to Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
