Tinker, Jack William - 74, of Bridgetown formerly of Cornwallis, Annapolis County. For several years Jack had been a resident in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown, where he passed away in his sleep April 2, 2012. Born in Freeport, Digby County, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Rose (Thurber) Tinker. Jack served for 18 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force and then worked several years with the Department of Highways. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 92, Freeport. Jack is survived by his wife Willvene, together 11 years; brothers, Rudy (Sally); Clifford; Clinton (Grace); nephews, Nigel and Kyle. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Following Jack's request there will be no visitation or service.
