Obituary of Juanita Jean Longmire

Longmire, Juanita Jean - 76 of Hillsburn, Annapolis County, passed away August 3, 2022, with family by her side in Yarmouth Regional Hospital.  Born in Clementsvale, she was a daughter of the late Phylis (Titus) Ruggles. Juanita's working career began working in a local store; she was an avid bookkeeper and later spent many years as a book keeper for many family businesses.  She was a very active member in Hillsburn 4H hall and Beacon of Hope Church, Litchfield-Delaps Cove.  In her later years of retirement, she enjoyed summer and especially motorbike trips with Murray.  She is survived by her loving husband Murray, seven weeks short of 59 years; three children, Wanda (Danny) Thibodeau, Donna (Brian) Bent and Bruce (Ashley) Longmire; grandchildren, Brandon Thibodeau, Tamara Longmire and Ryker Longmire; great grandchildren, Katie, Isaac and James Thibodeau.  She was predeceased by half - brother, Darrell Frail.  Following Juanita's wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 7- 9 pm Thursday.  A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Friday, August 12, 2022, with Rev. Barry Aitkin officiating, both in Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal.  Burial will take place in Hillsburn Cemetery, Hillsburn.  Family flowers only.  Donations in memory may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society.  On line condolences may be made at www.kaulbachfamilyfuneralhome.com
