Obituary of Erma Marie Linkletter-Green

Green (Linkletter) Erma Marie – 86 of Digby died July 7, 2022 in Mountain Lea Lodge Nursing Home, Bridgetown. She was the daughter of the late Vernon and Ada (Bates) Perry. Erma graduated from Modern Hairdressing School in Ontario, May 11, 1970 and opened a salon in her home in 1981 until retirement in 1997. During her retirement she enjoyed gardening and travel. Her honest and integrity as well as magnetic personality will be remembered always by her family and friends.

She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Sherie of Digby and her son, Kerry; one grandson, Jason, USA; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

As per Erma’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. There will be no service at this time, a graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations in Erma’s memory can be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
