Arthur was my father. I have not seen him in many years but from the bottom of my heart I offer my sincerest condolences to those who were close to him, especially to his wife, Donna. I hope time will ease your pain and bring you peace and comfort . Rip Arthur, I pray God has you in his hands

So sorry to hear of Arthur's passing. We used to see him, his wife and the dogs when we were in Annapolis Royal on a Saturday at the Farmers' Market.
