Carroll, Chris – 68, formerly of Rotherham, England. Passed away peacefully at home, June 10, 2021. He was born October 22, 1952 to Joseph and Mary Carroll. Chris is survived by his loving wife, Susan Carroll and his three children, Joanne Jacobs, Andrew Carroll and Tracy Carroll, and his four grandchildren, Kristin and Austin Jacobs and Hannah and Charlie Forster. In life, Chris was selfless, caring and generous who loved making the lives of others easier. He was intelligent, witty and achieved many great things. His carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills and abilities were that of a professional but kept as a hobby. He put his family first at every chance he got. He will be sorely missed, but will be kept close in our hearts. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Monday June 14, 2021, in Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown, with Celebrant Marilyn Kaulbach officiating. Webcasting will be available on the funeral home website. Donations made in Chris’s memory may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society. On line condolences may be made by visiting www.kaulbachfamilyfuneralhome.com In life I loved you dearly In death I love you still In my heart you hold a place That no one else can fill It broke my heart to lose you But you didn't go alone Part of me went with you The day god took you home You'll never be forgotten That simply can not be As long as I am living I'll carry you with me No matter what the future brings Or what may lie ahead I know that you will walk with me along the path I tread So rest my angel, be at peace And let your soul fly free One day I'll join your glorious flight For all eternity
