Mills Cecil Richard - 66, of Centrelea, Annapolis County, passed away February 5, 2012, at home. Born in Middleton, he was a son of the late Murray and Gladys (DeVenney) Mills. Cecil was a member of AA for 33 years. He worked at the Department of Transportation, Lequille for 25 years as a snow plow operator and crew man. He is survived by his wife, Janet; baby girl dog, "Smitty"; brother, Steve Mills of Centrelea; special friends, Wallace Maloney, Dick Grant and Debbie Rice "Puddin". He was predeceased by daughter, Candy; sisters, Ethel and Clare; brothers, Lawrence and Joseph. Following Cecil's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. Donations in memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Association.
