Obituary of Patty (Patricia) Rose Hartlen

Hartlen, Patty (Patricia) Rose – 57 of Bridgetown, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2021 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Patty was a loved and cherished member of the Mountain and Meadows family and community for many years. In her younger days, Patty worked as a seamstress at the Beehive Adult Activity Centre, in Aylesford. Throughout her life she continued to enjoy sewing, arts and crafts, as well as knitting and bead work. Her friends and staff at the Mountain Meadows Community homes benefited from her creativity through gifts of her work, tea towels, necklaces, bracelets, etc. and will cherish them and the memory of Patty making them for many years to come. Patty was married for a short time in her 20s. She is survived by her children, Scott Joseph Hartlen and David Hartlen along with their wives and children; their father, Terry Hartlen; as well as many special friends. She was predeceased by her mother. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A service in Pattys memory will take place at Mountain Lea Lodge, Thursday, April, 22, 2021, 2pm with Linda Bailey officiating.
