Obituary of Charles Roy Deveau

Charles Roy Deveau June 7, 1955 – February 28, 2021 Charlie passed away suddenly at home leaving many behind to mourn. Charlie lived a simple life and was a long haul trucker in his younger years but health issues forces him to give up life on the road. Charlie had a love for adventures in his later years. If you ever met him, you never forgot him! Charlie is survived by his son, Derek (Seonaid); step-son, Corey (Char); grandchildren, Taylor (Megan), Nicholas, Connor, Kierra and Ava; great grandchild, Nona; loving mother, Mona Louise Fredericks; siblings, Joe, John, Chester, Christine, and Linda. He was predeceased by his father, Stanley Deveau. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no service at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations in Charlie’s memory may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of one’s choice.
