Beaver, James Merrit, 60 of Halfax passed away suddenly on Wed. Dec. 28, 2011. Born in Halifax on Nov. 1, 1951 he was a son of the late James and Effie (Inglis) Beaver. James was a very warm hearted person who would have done anything for any one. He enjoyed and loved spending time with his grandchildren and relaxing at home with his cat Dottie. James is survived by his son Keith Beaver and daughter Amanda Beaver; grandchildren Jaylyn Deandre and Bailey; his brother and sister-in-law Arthur and Barb Beaver; nieces Heather Sampson, Coleen Andrews, Vanessa Beaver, Cheryl Beaver and several great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is predeceased by his sister Gloria Andrews. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A graveside service will Saturday Jan. 7, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Round Hill Cemetery, Round Hill, Anna. Co. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the IWK Research Foundation.
