Kaulbach Family Funeral Home Obituary Arthur Brenton Curry, 87, of Upper Granville passed away at Soldiers Memorial Hospital on November 19th, 2011. He was the third child of Marion (Lockhart) and Arthur Chruchhill Curry. He lived his life well. He loved his wife, enjoyed his farm, and his family. His passion for agriculture and his respect for the land were well known. He always seemed to find innovative and creative ways to use equipment and take care of his farm. He had a deep respect and a passion, for work. He found the woods a peaceful place and worked there well into his mid 80's. Arthur enjoyed horses and oxen, and attended events throughout the province as able. He read a wide variety of books, liked discussing the news and he had a special place in his heart for the family pets. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his loving wife of sixty years, Shirley (MacInnes), daughter Delle (Michael Fairclough), Mary (Kevin Browne), Alice (John Robinson) and Tina (Chris Cannard), sons, Thane and Duane (Lynn) and special relative, Jim DeSwart, Grandchildren Danny (Norma) DeSwart, Michelle Browne, Timothy, Paul and Mark Robinson, Jessica and Benjamin Curry, Great Granddaughter Stacey and her father Kerry Plourde and great grandson Jack DeSwart . He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Marilyn) and Bernard (Shirley) and sisters Marie and Elizabeth. Arthur was predeceased by his parents, brothers Richard, Leon, Eric, Charles, and Cyril. Beloved and supportive granddaughter Shirley Maria passed away suddenly September 12th, of this year. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home. Donations may be made to a charity of choice. No visitation or funeral by request. Interment will be at a later date in Windsor Forks.
