Sarty, Rena Roberta, 89, of Carleton Corner, Annapolis Co., passed away October 25, 2011, in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Inglisville, she was a daughter of the late Aubrey and Violet Gaul. She was a member of the Bridgetown Baptist Church. Rena loved her flower gardens and was always ready to go if someone stopped by and wanted to go somewhere. Rena truly loved life. She is survived by sons, Edison (Rose) of Clarence; Rodney (Penny) of Upper Granville; daughters, Alma (William ) Hudson of Parkers Cove; Grace (Eugene) Caldwell of Hampton; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; half brother, Elroy Wood. She was predeceased by her husband, Roland; son, Martin; sisters, Vera and Vivian. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday October 29, in the Bridgetown Baptist Church, Bridgetown with Rev. David Cumby officiating. Interment will take place in Condon Cemetery, Youngs Cove.
