Born to the late George Basil an Zilpha Jean Townsend, John is survived by his, Silas (Joan), children Frank (Pamela), Denise (Andy) and Colleen. Grandchildren Kyela, Codi, Tyrone, Dustin, Aaron, Abel and Faith. Nieces: Lacey and Kerri. Nephew Garth and numerous great grandchildren.
Honoring Johns wishes there will be no public service. The family will honor John privately.
